Gargoyles Performance Eyewear of Rhode Island said that Boston Red Sox first baseman Adrian Gonzalez will appear in Gargoyles ad campaigns.
Gonzalez is the latest professional athlete to sign up as a Gargoyles "brand ambassador," the company said.
The marketing message that these brand ambassadors look to get out: Gargoyles' "signature green field of play lens, available on select models, is specially tailored to accommodate playing field sports and outdoor activities where tracking objects in motion is critical."
